Hi,

Can anyone please help me with these questions,

Can i get the notary signed in India, because my original birth certificate is in India?

Do i have to get notary for all documents like educational certficates, ID card, family card or just birth certificate copy to be notary signed?

IF the birth certificate is in english, do i still have to get notary signed and sealed? or just translated documents?

Is there any other documents do i have to notary signed other than birth certificate, educational certificate and ID documents.

Thank you for help!!!

Not Sure

No Notary is required. Just copy of your birth certificate(No notary for this too)

Not Required

None, no need to any notaries, only if the documents are in your native language(Other then english/french) then you have to translate them to english/french, then notarize the documents.

Other then that no need of notary of any documents, as per the checklist "for all the documents, just copies are good".

Only PCC(Police Clearance Certificates), Language Tests(Ielts/Celpip) and signed immigration documents should be orignal.
