Hello all its me again!

I have a bit of a problem with some evidence im gathering in regards to text messaging. For years I received text from my wife on a first generation smart phone and because the phone is so old and been through so much wear and tear it barely functions. So i am not able to use an app to save all the text messages from the phone, instead the only thing I could think of was to take a picture of the actual texts from the phone.

Now would something like this have to be notarized? what are examples of documents that NEED to be notarized? It was mentioned to me from someone that it might have to be but I didn't think it was necessary but now hes got me questioning if it is.

Anyone got any input on this? thanks ;D

This is not something that needs to be notarized. It is just extra evidence of your relationship. If something needs to be notarized, it will say so in the application. It is usually for official documents, though common-law applicants also need two letters attesting to their relationship that are notarized.
