is there a form what should be used to write those letter STATUTORY DECLARATION supporting your claim that the relationship is genuine an continuing.

does CIC side have information I could not find!

There is no form. You just have your family/friends write the letters and take them to be notarized. THEY need to have the letters notarized and then they send them to you...and then you include them with the application.

The reason for this, is because the notary needs to verify the identity of the person that wrote the letter.

Again...tell your family/friends to take their written letter to a Notary Public, or Commissioner of Oaths. That person will know exactly what to do.
