I try to submit my profile but after all the process there is a no submit button hence i can not submit my profile. What can i do sir?

MonProject is not longer available for immigration purpose. You have to wait until the new arrima portal open and then submit an expression of interest to immigrate to Quebec

I'm also getting the same problem as I completed and updated my profile but could not submit as submit button is off not live to click
