Not relavant questions in Citizenship Form

I am 69 years old and the question no 15 (regarding language evidence) is not relevant to me ( age between 18 or 54) ... can i just strike the question as " not applicable" or can i leave it blank without answering anything.

You have to write N/A or not applicable.
