Not receiving Medical request

I have submitted my file on Feb 16th 2021 and given biometrics on 24th feb 2021.
It going to be around 3 months I am waiting for medical request ?
How long does it take maximum from IRCC side to provide medical request?
My review is started from april 3rd week and I got two ghost update Application/Profile Updated too but nothing updated after that too.

usually they send medical request if you passed eligibility. since your application took time. order GCMS. see your status
 
But my Review of Eligibility is saying We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements and still it hasnt been around 20 days that got updated.

Hi, basically I'm in the same boat, with the difference they asked me for additional documents on March 29, my eligibility stared the same day, i got a ghost updated on april 19, since then no news from them.

Study permit extension case outside Canada (Going for Masters)
File submitted April 8th
Couldn't upload Biometrics Payment receipt due to technical issue
Biometric receipt submitted on June 1st
Eligibility started without giving Biometrics on June 17th

Till now no update, raised multiple webform regarding no biometrics instruction letter. I got a new letter from IRCC saying all documents are received, application is under process. They said something like:

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment. If they need any other document they will send an email in future.
