In CRS tool my score is reaching to 452 but in the express entry application I am getting only 427 even after adding my wife's work experience. I see no reason for not getting it. Can anyone tell me what mistake I am doing in the profile.
 
Your spouse as a dependant just gives you point with Canadian experience. Check that you were not considering foreign experience for her

Yes I selected none there. After calculating my score is 453
 
That is for the MAIN application NOT the spouse. For spouse, only Canadian work experience counts. Please check this table: Spouse's Canadian work experience

EDIT:
Oh, I see where your confusion cam from: Spouse section is CRS-B. The part you are looking at is CRC-C which is a different section for the main applicant.
Thanks for the reply. I guess you are perfectly right but even when I select none for the canadian experience for my wife, It is showing 453. I guess the express entry application is better then.
