I had been to Vancouver in 2017. Now again I have applied for a visitor visa from India on Nov 02nd. Thinking that I had already given biometrics I hadn't paid Biometric fees at the time of submission. I got an update regarding my missing biometrics document on Dec 21st. Immediately I paid the fees on the same day.
I have not yet received any further instructions for biometrics.
