I just want to ask if someone here reapplied because he/she was rejected due to insufficient evidence of the occupation filed. I want to reapply by sending all the needed evidence.

Application submitted last Nov 2010
Rejected Feb 2011

Thanks for your advice...

Hi!

Yes you can. I know some people who did that.

Thanks

what kind of documents you are in lack of ? reference letter, contract are sufficient for your occupation file in most cases.

thanks for your replies...

@rudolf: i'm planning to reapply by june becoz my occupation has already reached its cap. hopefully there will be no changes by then...

@xyfzxw: it is really my fault coz i forgot to include a separate info about my job description. i will submit everything when i reapply. im just glad they will refund the application fee :D

is it neccessary to include a separate info about job description? job description normally is included in reference i suppose.

@rudolf: i received their email last Feb.21 and still im waiting for my documents to be returned...

Here's a part of the letter...
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: XXXXX. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of 3152. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a XXXXXX.
