Hi,

I had to withdraw my profile today, because my score was too low (I was waiting for my WES assessment) Now I have my assessment, good language results and tried to submit a new profile, but it was immidiately rejected.

I am confused.

Can you only submit a profile once?
Did it possibly happen because I withdrew my profile and there was not enough time to remove the profile, so technically I couldn't apply the same day.
Does it matter how often one submit a profile?

It does not matter. You can always create and/or withdraw your profile at anytime. The site sometimes has maintenance going on. Give it sometime and try again.
