not complying in couples visa

i just wanna ask about the result of not complying in pr couples visa.my wife and I are not in good relationship status.we are in couples visa and she told me that I will receive a form from the federal..Do the process is still continue even i will not comply?.I want to stay here in Philippines

Your question relates to the Federal Skilled Worker Program - not Family Sponsorship.

If you do not comply (i.e. don't go through with the medical and provide police certificates), then your wife's visa will be refused.
