Hi,
About me: I studied and started working in Canada (more than a year now). Spouse is in India.
I have made my profile without claiming points for spouse's education and work experience ( reason i did this was to cut additional documentation and headache ) but now my points are on borderline (459).
She has work experience, so can I submit her work exp ( employment letter with NOC code and pay stubs ) to claim points only for work and not education as i do not want to go through ECA and stuff.
Is this possible? will the officer who checks the application think that the applicant started working without education? and hence reject or be ineligible?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
