Not be able to login CAQ file

Can anyone help me, I am not be able to access my online CAQ file, I try to reset my password but it also cannot be work. when i trying to reset it it shows yoir temporary pwd sent to your mail.. but i was not received any pwd on mail... What can i do in this situation can anyone help me please.

Same prblm...plz help me out

I was taalk the same with quebec govt.. They said that its a technical problem we will sought out soon... And they said that when your file approved you received a mail for the same and than u able to login at that time
