Hello,

On the basic guide I read that any question that doesnt apply to you or that you cannot answer you must put "N/A" and not leave it blank, however when you go to validate the documents it wont validate as it says the characters are invalid, so in this case do I leave it blank or print off the documents and write "N/A" in the questions that I cannot answer?

Thank you!

Yup. Exactly that. Leave blank, print, then fill in by hand "N/A" or "Not Applicable" either works.

if it's a form with a barcode, writing by hand will not do anything since they will just scan the barcode and that would populate the fields in their system.

so yeah, sure write by hand, or leave it blank, it wouldn't matter at all.
