Hello.Just want to ask,do I need to print and include forms that are not applicable in my application.One is the use of represantative, I dont have any.Will the cic refuse/return my application if it lacks any forms?

You do not need to enclose the 'Use of a Representative' form if you are not appointing a representative. Leave the checklist item unchecked, and do not enclose the form. Some people also prefer to write "N/A" (not applicable) alongside the checklist item, although there is no requirement to do this.

I agree, I wrote "N/A" next to the form on the document checklist. Just wanted to make sure that the VO is aware
that I did not miss the form, but am not using a representative.
 
Yep, agree with both lps and toby. Not including and/or writing NA is just fine.

I didnt include, and I dont think I wrote NA, and app me it through first stage.
