Not able to submit passport within 30 days because of an international trip - Please help how to communicate and ask for extension

Hi all,

I am currently traveling within my country and got an email that my visa is approved and need to send my passport within 30 days. I am out of my home until 2/20 and have an international flight on 3/7. Please suggest how can I ask for an extension. I have all the flights and tickets but cant find an email to contact USA VAC, I have an Indian passport and live in USA and applied on IRCC. If anyone has any info on how to contact please share.

I think you can send your passport at the VAC where you are, and you have to pay supplement fees.

You can submit it to any VFS around the world. Submit it in USA and they will return it back in USA.
