Nortized documents for canada study visa.

Hello everyone,
I am applying for Jan 19 intake and my documents are almost completed and i will apply for visa in next few days. My agent told me that i have to notarized my 10th,12th, b.tech certificates alongside my IELTS and passport. I have completed my b.tech in 2015 and i have genuine 3 years of work experience. My agent told me that there is no need to notarized experience certificate. So now i am in bit of a confusion. Do i need to notarize experience certificate or not? Please reply ASAP.

There is no harm in notarizing them. Just make sure its not too old.
