Non-Skilled job (and old) Letter of reference: required ?

hi all,
In the section related to what did in the last 10 years I had to include a job I did in 2007/2008.
Don't remember exactly the noc but I feel like it was a not skilled one. (B/C)

Now: I am asked the reference letter for this but my ex manager is sleeping through it.
I was wondering to just delete it or simply not updating any reference letter here.

I already have other jobs after that that give me the full 3+ years qualified and certified.
Would that be a big deal if I don't upload it ?
This is not contributing to any point in my Application.

A B noc is a skilled noc.

Either way if this experience doesn't get you any points and doesn't affect your 67/100 score you can remove it from work history and put it in personal history.
