No issues at all .
Thanks. So, I don't need to provide an explanation, just simply request extension from OINP ? Also, my PR application will exceed the normal times as per IRCC website on Feb 6th. Are there any suggestions as to what steps I can take at this point. I am concerned with no movement on my file after Medical passed. I am hoping to avoid employer restrictions because I work 2 jobs (1 part time) that I don't want to quit.

Do you have restrictions on your nomination certificate ?

What does a p1 email looks like? I got one email today asking for my details about my height, eye color, residential address, dates of arrival to canada and if i am currently residing in canada. Is this P1?

Hello @Miss bee or anyone who can help. I need suggestions or help ASAP. I had applied for my Indian passport renewal on December 28th through BLS India under Tatkaal which guarantees processing in 14 days, as it was going to expire in 6 months. As per their process I had to courier it through Purolator. They picked up my passport and now I believe it's lost as there's no update from them or BLS after 10 days. Purolator has initiated a trace to find it, but they are taking time to respond. I received my AOR on Jan 6th and I have 30 days to give my Biometrics.

I have been able to link my application into GCKey. What should I do next? Who do I contact and how do I get an extension for my biometric letter? And what documents would I need to get the extension? Or is it possible to get an give biometrics with any other documents such as my passport renewal application form and payment receipt, or DL.

Really stressed out here after waiting a year for the AOR. Any suggestions or help would be gladly appreciated!

Thank you

Is there anyone who submitted Non express entry provincial nominee on September 30, 2024 with Winnipeg as primary visa office and Sydney as Secondary visa office who has received final decision and P1?
I submitted April 30, 2024.
I am stuck with PAL since September 2025. I am an outland applicant. Nothing since then.

You can still do biometrics with your 6 months valid passport . If you are unable to do , send webform and explain IRCC and ask for extension. In meantime visit BLS and see what's going on and ask for alternative options.

Yes you can apply for GCMS notes and also email MP regarding help. In meantime you should send webform with screenshot of your application tracker and ask for help . Also check spam folder in your email inbox.

If you are outside Canada and do not have a representative, you cannot apply for GCMS notes directly because IRCC allows ATIP requests only from Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or people physically present in Canada. To obtain GCMS notes, you must either ask a trusted person in Canada (friend or relative) to apply on your behalf using the IMM 5744 consent form, which you sign and send to them along with a copy of your passport, or you can use a paid third-party GCMS service that submits the request legally for you. The ATIP fee is $5, and processing usually takes 30–40 days.
Similarly, you cannot directly contact a Member of Parliament (MP) if you are outside Canada, because MPs are allowed to make inquiries only for people physically residing in their constituency. To contact an MP, you must again rely on a friend or relative in Canada who lives in the same riding as the MP; that person can email or call the MP’s office on your behalf after you sign a consent letter authorizing the inquiry. If you are outside Canada and do not have anyone in Canada, there is no alternative method to contact an MP—GCMS notes are the only practical option to understand the status of your file.
