If I am in the process of waiting for AOR, what is the process if they want to switch to a new job? What are the criteria and process?
Yeah not sure why they do that but from what I understand the PAL is just a generic message you can receive at any point
@Miss bee I had a question for the 5669 form
I had initially started the application in December 2024, but I was able to complete and submit all documents on Feb 1st. So my latest address in the form was automatically populated from the application creation date and it only mentioned my address till December 2024. However, all dates in other sections are populated accurately.
Now since my application submission date was in February, would this cause an ADR? Do you recommend that I raise a webform and resubmit imm5669 before my AOR?
Also if I need to submit the updated 5669, since I need to attach another sheet of paper for the personal history, do I need to print and sign on this sheet as well?
Any opinions or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I complained about my 8-month wait for the AOR, and now it's 12 months ?!?
Before that, it also took 8 months from ITA to Provincial Nomination. Hopefully, it will be only 8 months from AOR to ECOPR... ( Nov 2024 applicant, I got my AOR in Jul 2025, so March 2026 ? )

I have a question, I recently submitted my PR application through NON EE, my current work permit will expire on October 2026, can I apply to extend my work permit with the support letter now or should I wait a few months? I'm just asking this because I am not sure about the 6 months period valid for the support letter or can I request a new letter when my current work is closer to expire?

Too early to extend now . You should submit application closer to 3 month mark . If you get AOR by that time you can submit BOWP application if you don't have employer restrictions on your nomination certificate or you can request new WPSL before submitting an application and apply for closed work permit with help of your employer.

I was nominated under the OINP International Student Stream on August 6, 2024. Since then, I’ve received two annual salary reviews (5% each). I did not update OINP, as there were no changes to my role, employer, or other employment terms. Recent pay stubs will reflect the updated wage.
I’m still awaiting a decision on my non-Express Entry PR application submitted on October 6, 2024. Medicals passed on August 3, 2025, with no updates since. I’ve requested GCMS notes again.
Would the updated wage on pay stubs cause any issues for a work permit extension letter?

Also, my application will exceed the normal times as per IRCC website on Feb 6th. Are there any suggestions as to what steps I can take at this point. I am concerned with no movement on my file after Medical passed.
