LET ME EXPLAIN PROCESS FOR WRIT OF MANADAMUS
1. step 1
Application for leave and judicial review - ALJR
minister will server notice for appearance- no action is required from our side
IRCC no reason letter (it is issue after 20-40 from ALJR)

2. Step 2
Perfecting the ALJR- you have 10 days to submit the doscuments to Lawayer after receiving NO REASON LETTER from IRCC to proceed for step 2, and lawyer have 30 days from NO reason letter to submit perfecting ALJR to court.
After submission, IRCC have 30 days to respond. Then Lawyer have 10 days to respond.
Judge review the file and all responses, and decide to go for Hearing OR dismiss the case. Most of time IRCC take decision wihout going to hearing.

3. step 3: leave granted and hearing: Its take 3-6months for court to leave grant/hearing. After grant leave, court book date for hearing, it may be for next 3 months. After hearing judge take decision. And decsion announced in next 1-3 months.

This is what I face. time may change. so for me it took almost 10 month to reach to hearing date. and got PPR 2 weeks before hearing date.

Hey guys
@Miss bee
I got this documents request from IRCC today regarding my non-express PNP PR file. Is this normal or are they verifying very minutely?Although I submitted these documents while file submission.
Employment records:

▪ Letter of Employment stating occupation, duties, salary and length of

employment from my employer and new employer, if applicable. Your

letter MUST be on company letterhead, signed and dated. Your letter must

include your role/title, start and end date, rate of pay and list of duties. If any of

these are missing, your letter will be not be accepted and a new one may be

▪ 2024 T4 and 2024 Notice of Assessment

▪ Last 20 paystubs from my employer and new employer, if applicable

▪ Detailed bank statements, all accounts under your name - chequing, savings,

including credit cards for the last 12 months

Hi, When did you submitted the application

Hi Everyone and @Miss bee

I submitted my application in December 2024 and expect to receive an AOR soon. While checking the spreadsheet, I saw several people's applications returned because of IMM 5406 additional family information, especially dependent children. As far as I know, we do not need to fill out a separate form for our dependent children if they are younger than 18 years old. We only need to add them to the children's section. Am I correct?

And I have one more question. I don't have any siblings, and I was sure I wrote down "Not Applicable" to that section. However, when I downloaded the application files, I couldn't see the "Not Applicable" sign in my siblings' section.

Could you please help with these issues? Should I send a web form just in case?

Hi all, My application is stuck after giving biometrics
I’m the primary applicant and my spouse is the dependent.
AR: Oct 27th
AOR: April 23rd
BIL: October 28th completed for spouse
BIL for me is showing as in progress on the online tracker and I’m the primary applicant.
So far it has been stuck since April 2025. I have called IRCC but no valid response or ways to escalate why it’s stuck. Is anyone or have anyone experienced this?
