I think you can raise a webform explaining the situation or call IRCC and explain the issue.

+1 probably a webform is the best step to follow. Given that you already received AOR, you probably won't get a refund for your non-EE application.

I believe I've also read that IRCC can tell that you've gotten PR already and cancel your other PR application for you. In any case, don't count on getting money back.

If your Express entry is almost approved, your other application will be automatically cancelled by IRCC . Note you won't get refund on other application . You will only get your Right to permanent resident fees back . Don't cancel now and wait until you get your ECOPR . If it doesn't cancel after COPR , you have to write a withdrawal letter and sign it and send it through webform by selecting withdrawal option from webform . It can take few weeks to get withdraw.

May I know what's the timeline for AOR of reapplied applications who's file got returned, is it same as before ie 6 months or are they getting it earlier.

It's same for everyone. If your application was returned, processing time starts from scratch again when you resubmit your application again.

Entrepreneurship PNP applied in 28-June-2023, AOR received on Nov-2023, Biometric, medical all clear, shows file in background check. Almost 20 months but no news. GCM notes shows file in CBSA all other clearances completed. Please reply if anyone in the same year received is PR or is waiting like me. Family of three.

I'm inland applicant. Both eligibility and background check are in progress in GC key but Tracker says background check is completed while eligibility yet to be started.

No , you only need your bio pages of passport. You don't need to include blank pages.

To change address, send a webform. I would recommend to wait for AOR so you can use your application number to file the webform.
