Yes they do return, if you have missed out mandatory information....

Its hard to say. If you submitted some other form of birth identification, maybe they will consider it, provided you explained the situation. Otherwise, its up to the agent i would assume. Maybe ask Miss B.

I don't know about PAL, I checked with my rep, and he has not responded. Also, he is avoiding providing any Background check status and told me that things don't happen that fast and i need to have patience....

I might be wrong- but why don't you cancel your representative? Is there anything else required from his/her side?
