Non-continuous 1yr foreign experience

I have 2 years of Canadian work experience, less than 1 year of foreign experience, CRS 514, and 1 year left on my open work permit.

I currently have 8 months of foreign experience. If I finish my foreign experience now (making it 1 year total), do I get CRS points if it’s non-continuous, or must it be continuous?
