Hi, good day everyone. A friend of mine who holds a temporary work permit and working as a live in caregiver has a question.
This is what is happening. The employer is being questioned/checked by service canada, they said it is just a random check. They want to know if the employer is following all the rules and regulations on hiring temporary worker.
The question is if the employer is found a non compliant, will the caregiver lost the job as well?
