Hi, I am CEC. Myself and my wife are in canada now. Can i submit the profile as "MARRIED" and spouse as non accompanying. ? Is it legal to do and does it lead to rejection ? I dont find anywhere its illegal to do it.

My intention of not including spouse is to increase points. She doesnot have degree and IELTS.

Let me know if anyone have submitted profile like this and got the PR approved.

I believe this is possible if you include a letter of explanation clearly stating you selected non-accompanying in order to raise your CRS score, although there are no guarantees since in reality you two are together. And of course, she still needs to be examined in order for you to sponsor her for PR later on.
