Non accompanying spouse on non talking terms and to be divorced ib future

Hello all.my crs is 469 and my spouse a d dependant child will bot be acc.ompanying me....we are not on talking terms and shall head for divorce.....right now how can i create my profile owing to my inability to obtain P.C.C AND MEDICALS of my spouse as that is not possible.is there any way this step can be bypassed legal divorce statement is the only way out....kindly reply .it is very ur
