Hello Friends,

I am a permanent resident of canada and I got married after I was approved as PR. My spouse she is on a work permit in Canada and she is eligible to apply under express entry. I have few questions:

1) Since I am a PR, my wife should declare that I am not accompanying her to canada (since I am already here)?
2) When she receives an invite, do I need to do medicals done or CIC won't request me to do it?

Please provide your expert guidance as we are unsure about these things.

Thanks and Regards

Correct.

No, you don't need medicals.

HI All

I have a question about the COPR forms which came along the stamped passports
1. My husband is already a PR and residing in Canada when I had applied under the Express Entry FSW category. However, under the dependents section in that COPR form it is mentioned as NONE. Shouldn't my husband's name be mentioned there and status as non-accompanying in that section

Looking forward to advise from you all . Please Help

It may be because he's a Canadian PR.
