Non-Accompanying Family Members

In the OUTLAND application for the Family Sponsorship application, there is a section for "non-accompanying family members". I am sponsoring my wife only. We got married in Korea in December and she is here with me now. Do I need to put her parents and sibling information in this section of non-accompanying family members?

No, only her dependents, i.e. children.

You list her parents and siblings on the form "Additional Family Information IMM 5406".
Questions on the other forms that ask about 'non-accompanying family members' are referring to only the applicant's spouse/partner (not you, though, because you're already a Canadian) and dependent children.
