Nomination on my new express entry profile

I got MPNP Nomination on 28th August,2019 ( Skilled Worker Overseas Stream). I have accepted nomination in my express entry profile and its added 600 points in my crs points but on 1st September my express entry profile got expired.
I have created new express entry profile and mentioned I received nomination from PNP but in crs points it is not added 600 points please can you guide me what I have to do to get nomination on my new express entry profile.

I am likely to be in the same situation.. I didn't receive my nomination yet, but I am in the same stream. Now I am wondering when I receive my nomination will be close to the expiration of my profile. I want to know in these kind of situation.

Can you provide me contact or mail Id for Manitoba.I have been tried to reached them but I got revert from there side you have to contact IRCC. Once their application is close they can not help me.Please provide me contact details

Only institutions accredited by one of the six regional accrediting agencies the United States are regarded by WES as recognized in canada - ( please explain the above statement )

Updating my timeline

02-May EOI created
09-May LAA received
31-May Application sent
01-Jun Application file number created / documents received
03-Jul Assessment in Process
13-Dec MPNP officer call
18-Dec Created new EE profile (first profile expired)
20-Dec Received nomination through EE by MPNP (Got 600 points) - F-I-N-A-L-L-Y

Waiting next EE draw in January to be invited.
