Went through the forum topics, got very useful information.
Please help me for my application. I had applied for Manitoba Provincial Nomination Programe in Dec 2008, with 2 of my friends as affidavit of support. But when my application came under scrutiny on Dec 2010, my sponsor had already left Manitoba & shited to Toronto, ON. Hence, my application got rejected on "Supports/signatories no longer reside in Manitoba". But there is no rejection on Passport, nethier my file has reached the Delhi office.
Now I am thinking of applying under student visa catagory. I will be appling for September intake & will file my application on 30th July, 11.
Questions: 1. Should I mention in the applicaiton form, that I was rejected for MPNP earlier.
2. If not, after a couple of years, when I apply for PR from Canada, will my earlier rejected application be found / noticed & will impact my PR applicaiton then.
3. If yes, will this not affect my Student visa application.
Please help me with my queries. Also let me know any possible solutions out of it.
