I got NOI for PNP since November, I did not apply for it as I was hoping for the draw to come down. My CRS score is 438. If I am interested to apply for PNP could it be still possible? and what is the total cost? as I read that it cost $1500. Is it 1500 + 1040 that you get when you have the ITA in express entry? or only 1500?
