You should not complain about delays until 23 full months have passed since the date of your second AOR which according to you is September 2010. You should expect the Medical Request around 1 September 2012.

NOC4131 is on their last priority which is why we are also facing further delays and other NOC professions are processed ahead of us out of turn.

CIC or CHC have lost all moral credibility by their new invention "First In Last Out". For centuries, human civilizations have been employing the rule, FIFO. "First in First out" and all civilized countries are still following this rule when it comes to processing immigration applications.

The point to note is that "Civilized" nations follow this rule, and here we are talking about "Canada" which seem way far from civilization. CIC have proved by their actions that their government institutions are plagued with favoritism and unfair play policy. In Canadian English, it is translated as "Priority" or "Ministerial Instructions".

Honorable my yellow ass, Jason Kenney does not know what a fair immigration policy is. He is a crooked asshole.

You should all contact Tim Leahy to file a legal suit against CIC. This is the only way your files can go ahead.

Khan, I have already completed 18 months where NDVO timelines are only 16 months, what suggestion do you have for me?

Today I have an line added as below in ecas
"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 24, 2012".

That is self explanatory addition, my friend. This is certainly a very good news because I predict you will receive medical in the next 60 days maximum. In ideal scenario, you should get your MR in the next 3 weeks or so.This means your file is in "Real Time In Process" stage, while we have a fake in process situation while we, the prejurers of NOC4131 are growing towards our grandpa stage and our files are catching the dust of CHC.

Best of luck with the rest of procedure. Do stay in touch and let all us know how things work out for you.

Best
Khan

For you and most of the prejune NOC4131, I would quote.

"Honesty is an expensive gift. Don't expect it from cheap people"

What can we do when these cheap thugs of CIC make promises of 12 months processing time and do nothing but keep warming their Royal chairs.

There is nothing you can do. They have on purpose created an atmosphere of anger and frustration among the potential applicant.

A little glimpse for us all how dishonest and untrustworthy are Canadians when their Government officials and institutions have no credibility or governance.

Strange that still millions of us are so desperate to go there to be toyed by these Canadian monkeys.

My advice is"Tolerate this because you are needy not these CIC's clowns. You don't seem to have any other choice".

All the best
Khan.

hello all,
you can see my info in my signature. Processing time for Warsaw office is 15 months. Since I received my 2nd Aor from Damascus, I already was waiting for 20 months, till Dec 2011 my file transferred to Warsaw. So now I need your thought pls. Do I have to wait for another 15 months?? What do you think warsaw will ask for medical ?

Unfortunately it is not an ideal situation when your files are transferred to a visa office in a foreign country. They are already struggling with their backlogs and the quota soon ends before they can process your applications.

Warsaw office will process the citizens of Poland and other responsible clients first and you will be given least priority. That seems the natural order of things.

What is your 2nd AOR date?

You should roughly add 12 months easy as the processing delay due to file transfer. You should now, in my opinion, count 25 months from the date of your AOR only to receive medicals from Warsaw CHC.

Seek advice from Qorax and Staralihaider whose predictions are usually better and accurate than mine.

All the best.
Khan.
