Dear All

This is right formula is as follows

DATE OF 2ND AOR + "TIMELINE OF VO IN LIST AT CIC WEBSITE" IN NDVO CASE 16 MONTHS SO

MY DATE OF 2ND AOR IS 26/01/2011 + 16 MONTHS = BY 26/07/2012 I SHOULD BE PROCESSED ONLY

MEDICALS AND PPR WILL TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME GENERALLY IT IS 3- 6 MONTHS

Guys, what about those who completed 16 months or more? I have completed 13 months already. 16 months is meant between 2nd AOR and issue of Visa. They don't stick to what they have officially announced as processing time. No way but 2 wait.

I have already completed 17 months and there are people who have completed 23-24 months and still no news on MR, so the bottom line is NDVO is in deep slumber and files are gathering dust

Hey brother, khan200us

How sure r u about ur calculation of the 23 months. I ask as i received my 2nd AoR in July '11. And According to ur formula it would mean that for me processing would complete some where mid 2013 :(

Is this true?

Plz tell me how or where you came across this formula for calculating the 23 month proc. time???

My nocs 4131 too. Sent full docs in Jan '11

Hello ShahGjee

From differnt forum members, staralihaider and other people calculation, the London CHC is taking the processing time currently 23 months from the date of 2nd AOR. I applied in Nov. 2009 but due to the file transfer from Islamabad to London, the file transfer date is 27 July 2010 and my 2nd AOR date is 30 July 2010. So, my medical should be around 30 June 2012 if the processing time dont change. If they do, then everyone should calculate the processing time from their 2nd AOR date.

In your case, 2nd AOR July 2011, you should receive medicals on 30 June 2013 if the processing time remains same all along.

If you are a prejune C-50 bill applicant, I wonder how come your 2nd AOR date is July 2011. It seems practically impossible.

All the best.

Kind Regards
Khan

In my opinion, NOC4131 are on the last priority because they dont need teachers. They need welders, crane operators, electricians.

I think they need more visa officers to process the whole backlog.

Hello

They have asked for my further documents. This is the email section

You must submit a new application form including this new dependent on the applicant’s form for permanent resident.

In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at this office, we require the following documents:
processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child’s birth certificate
copy of your child’s valid passport
4 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)
Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail.

Your child must undergo a medical examination. We will send you the appropriate form upon receipt of the documents listed above. Be aware that even non-accompanying dependants must undergo medical examinations.

Application forms and photo specifications are available on our Web site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3901e.pdf

Please note that the eligibility of new dependents will be assessed by the visa officer.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post to the applicant at the mailing address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

I have sent all the required information, changed my address which is correctly showing on my Ecas system.

Now, I am facing a serious problem. May be Staralihaider, Qorax and other senior members can help me.

The problem is that my son was born in November 2010. Now he is almost 15 months. I sent them these forms and information in December 2010.
I sent them the payment form in December 2010 and again in early January 2012 with my credit card details as payment method for $150 fee for my son. They are not charging the card. How can I ensure that they do indeed charge my card. They have not charged my card and taken fee for the last 15 months. What are the chances that they will take the fees of $150 now.

As long as they don't take the processing fee payment for my son, my application is dead and will not proceed ahead.

I live in Finland and stupid enough but in this country the banks do not issue cheque books or bank drafts. The only method of money transfer is either cash payment, credit/debit card payment or the bank telegraphic transfer method.

What should I do.

Kind Regards
Khan.

You should not complain about delays until 23 full months have passed since the date of your second AOR which according to you is September 2010. You should expect the Medical Request around 1 September 2012.

NOC4131 is on their last priority which is why we are also facing further delays and other NOC professions are processed ahead of us out of turn.

CIC or CHC have lost all moral credibility by their new invention "First In Last Out". For centuries, human civilizations have been employing the rule, FIFO. "First in First out" and all civilized countries are still following this rule when it comes to processing immigration applications.

The point to note is that "Civilized" nations follow this rule, and here we are talking about "Canada" which seem way far from civilization. CIC have proved by their actions that their government institutions are plagued with favoritism and unfair play policy. In Canadian English, it is translated as "Priority" or "Ministerial Instructions".

Honorable my yellow ass, Jason Kenney does not know what a fair immigration policy is. He is a crooked asshole.

You should all contact Tim Leahy to file a legal suit against CIC. This is the only way your files can go ahead.

All the best
