My duties are:

• Administer and oversee administrative procedures and policies for the 'student lifecycle' from registration or admission to graduation or departure;

• Provide administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors, or teachers;

• Participate in the preparation of an operating budget including maintenance, security, purchasing supplies and/or equipment, as required.

• Liaise with other administrative staff, academic colleagues, and students to ensure the smooth operation of the organization and that the procedures are followed;

• Assist in planning and implementing new office procedures and/or policies.

The NOC website says that NOC1221's duties are:

-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures

-Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed

-Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

-Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

-Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes

-Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

-May supervise records management technicians and related staff.

Could you guys please take a look at them and tell me they are well connected each other?

I am pretty sure I fall in NOC1221 but,I heard that if the duties are not matched each other, I might get refused.

I just need your ideas or opinions. I don't need answers.

Please share your opinion guys! What do you think?

There's a 51% rule, so you have to hit at least half of these bullet points.

I think you hit the "admissions" one, the "budgeting" one and the "office services" one (if the admin support for lecturers means that).

The rest you could be hitting, but it depends if the VO interprets it that you need to be in charge of these duties, or whether you simply need to be a part of it (the "liaise with staff" point could correspond to "ensure deadlines are met" part, but it could be interpreted that you need to do this in a more supervisory capacity).

I think there's a good chance, but it's not without its ambiguity. Are there any other, less skilled NOC codes that could apply to this more? If so, I'd say it's worth going for but you want to make sure your reference letter does as much as it can to draw attention towards the skilled elements, and less towards anything that could fall under lesser skilled office clerk work.
