My duties are:
• Administer and oversee administrative procedures and policies for the 'student lifecycle' from registration or admission to graduation or departure;
• Provide administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors, or teachers;
• Participate in the preparation of an operating budget including maintenance, security, purchasing supplies and/or equipment, as required.
• Liaise with other administrative staff, academic colleagues, and students to ensure the smooth operation of the organization and that the procedures are followed;
• Assist in planning and implementing new office procedures and/or policies.
The NOC website says that NOC1221's duties are:
-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
-Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
-Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
-Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
-Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
-Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
-May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
Could you guys please take a look at them and tell me they are well connected each other?
I am pretty sure I fall in NOC1221 but,I heard that if the duties are not matched each other, I might get refused.
I just need your ideas or opinions. I don't need answers.
Please share your opinion guys! What do you think?
