Hi,

My job tittle is "Lead Customer Experience Associate" at a Canadian Bank.

My job duties are as follows:

-Act as a primary administrator in the branch to perform a range of customer service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments accurately and efficiently

-Administer day-to-day branch activities, including providing advice on banking solutions to existing or prospective TD customers within operating policies and procedures

Resolve customers’ concerns and report non-standard matters to management as required

Participate in the timely completion of business processes and procedures to achieve operational excellence

Improve the team’s efficiency by recommending improvements to work practices, branch operations and processes related to customer experience

Ensure prepared documentation is accurate and consistent with relevant regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, while practicing good judgement in confidential matters

Assist the team by respecting coworkers, explaining complicated information and keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activities

Help build a positive and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as participating in personal performance development to accomplish team objectives

I was thinking my NOC could be: 62023

Please, let me know if that NOC is accurate.

I report to management. I provide overrides for transactions above 5k dollars and have to check bank tellers' work before overrides. I do lots of administrative work mainly at the back office and sometimes schedule to do transactions at the front. I report to Manager of Customer Experience at the branch. I used to be a "Customer Experience Associate" and now accepted "Lead Customer Experience Associate" at another branch. Thank you.

In that case, that is the wrong NOC. The NOC you have mentioned is for people who supervise teams.

My job includes leadership duties.
Yes, but do you don't supervise a team. See the job description for 62023. It includes responsibilities such as assigning work and determining work schedules, training, managing performance issues for the team, etc. I don't see any of this in your job description. I do understand that you have some leadership duties but you do not supervise a team / have a team reporting to you. I really don't see 62023 as a match. You are a much closer match to the other NOC in my opinion.
