NOC mistake in PNP application

I have made a mistake in my NOC choice when I applied for PNP. I applied as a supervisor to PNP. I think my accurate NOC is manager.
I am thinking of withdrawing my PNP application and applying for express entry with the right NOC. Will the CIC check my withdrawn PNP application? Will that be a problem?
