NOC list?

HEY GUYS,
I have no idea what the new noc list 2011 (canada)will include,but in case it includes 0213,i will be able to apply under it.but since i m in UK under tier 1 can i apply for canadian fsw visa from UK,or should i go back to india and then apply from there?

CIC have already confirmed that the NOC list will remain unchanged on 1st July 2011 and it will be the same 29 occupations that were announced last year June 2010.

So you will not be able to apply under Category 1 under 0213 (that's Computer/IT managers?) until such a time as CIC change the list and it comes onto the list.

My advice is to book yourself a 2 week holiday to Canada and just get out there and find a job! It can be done! Then apply under Category 2

Right, visit this official websit link (it will change after 1st july 2011, same NOC 29 which was announced last year , so this year even unchanged but reduced CAP from 1000 to 500, again remember new instructions will announced after july 1st , 2011.) :
