NOC LEVEL-URGENT PLZ HELP

Hi ,
Currently i am in PGWP. I would like to extent my husbands open work permit, for that i have to work in noc O,A,or B level.My question is

1)Customer care representative job comes under which level?
2)Is there any other option to extend his work permit without a job offer from my side.(He is working in a B level job)

Googled a lottt..
