Hello,

I’m seeking some clarification regarding my application. I currently hold an Associate of Arts degree from BC, Canada, and I work in the education field, which aligns with the responsibilities outlined under NOC 41320 – Educational Counsellors. However, I’ve noticed that one of the listed requirements is a bachelor’s degree.

Would my application be rejected if I apply under this NOC, even though I perform about 90% of the tasks specified? I’m concerned that not meeting the educational requirement might affect my eligibility, despite my relevant experience.

Thank you for your assistance!

Well it's gonna be risky if you move forward with an NOC where Bachelors is a must and you don't have that. The VO might just raise this question and refuse your application on this specific point! I suggest get an opinion from a professional before moving forward!
