Guys,now that certain NOC can never get a job offer either cos they need registration in certain bodies or the fact that they can't hire someone abroad without interviewing him and have to wait for 6 months for him to come to Canada.
The question is :
Does this mean that Canada will not accept certain FSW professions anymore ?? physicians,dentists,pharmacists,university lecturers .....etc ?
What if a certain NOC applicants all have higher score than others,does this mean that Canada will take 50.000 engineer for example ?? Didn't they use to have a cap limit before for each year ??
This system is unfair,if they had the intention to serve as higher points not as first come first accept ,they would have kept the old system and just improve this point .
I can say my hopes for immigration are less than 5% now esp that nobody from CIC explained the expected draw changes
