I've had over 6 years of experience in life insurance company. First 4.5 years were as product manager (including product features, system support assistance, launch) and then 1.5 years in strategy team (project based & reporting).
Currently working in another life insurance company for ~6 months in product development team. I can't see any NOC code suitable for product development / management.
The consultant has suggested NOC 1122 and has asked me get work ex letter from previous company showcasing similar duties (management consulting and operations).
Now there are some duties similar but I'm not comfortable with that NOC code. Problem is I don't know any other suitable code too.
Should I just word the reference letter so that it fits NOC 1122 or should I try to change NOC?
