Responsibilities:
1. Delivering superior customer service by driving operational performance.
2. Creating solutions to meet the need of customers and to be fully aware of the bottom line to ensure profitability of the business.
3. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Acting as a Services champion to ensure that key objectives are prioritised appropriately.
5. Ensuring positive client experiences through support, trade advice and best practices in relation to GTRF transactions
6. Taking personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations & completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role
7. Supporting achievement of the HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making.
