NOC for regulatory requirement/Compliance manager.

Hi Everyone,

I need help regarding NOC selection.

I have a textile engineering degree.

-For the first year of my career I worked as management trainee for a textile firm. Please comment if NOC 2148 suits well here?
Here I did not have any particular JD, but every quarter, we had our department changed and as per the need of that particular dept, we were assigned tasks. which included both daily jobs and some projects.

-I have worked as research assistant textiles for the research and development department of a technical textile firm.
Here my JDs included working on novel textile technologies and machines. Will NOC 2148 go with this one as well?

the major problem I have in NOC selection is with my current job. I am working as the manager of research and development dept of this e-commerce firm.
here we conduct the market research of the most wanted products along with checking all the regulatory requirements related to compliance of those products.
These products are shipped across borders and my role revolves around ensuring all the legal requirements to cross the border of that particular country are met wisely. Kindly comment what NOC would go with this job as I am unable to comprehend.

You match your duties to a NOC, not a title or education. So your duties may match a textile superviso and not an engineer. You need to decide that. You can have more than one NOC as long as your primary NOC is one year continuous, skilled experience.
