NOC for Mechanical Engr - Will it work !

I am a Mechanical Engineer (NOC 2132) and my job responsibilities pretty match with what is described against 2132 (like 90%), but unfortunately i dont find any suitable matching occupation out of that 38 list where i could claim having worked for min one year in the last 10 years. Now if i choose a profession from 38, that is not cpmpatible with my qualification (Hotel Service Manager or Heavy duty Mechanic or Cook)and claim having worked in that for couple of years (Offcourse will provide the documental evidence). WILL IT WORK !!
PS: My total experience is 20 years.

Do you honestly think that CIC/CHC won't check with the employer? Also if you have had no formal training in the claimed occupations, it extremely unlikely that it would be approved.

You took it otherwise dear. My point was that in case someone fulfills the crieteria of having done at least one year out of given 38 professions and possesses the required qualification also, , will it be ok for CIC.
