NOC for Laboratory coordinators

Hello All,

I am planning to immigrate to Canada from India. I have an experience of 8+ years. Currently I am working as Lab coordinator(designation as per my university norms) and my duties includes conducting practical sessions for undergraduates and graduates, taking care of instrumentation, conducting molecular biology, immunology, and other biotechnology related experiments to students. Please someone suggest which NOC to be chosen either NOC 2121 or 2221 or any other. please do the needful

2221 seems better fit since you primarily help others conduct research (as opposed to doing it yourself)
