Job title: "Senior IT Project Analyst"
Experience: 3+ years of experience project management (not pure technical) + PMP certified and MBA, with the following Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and collect technical and business requirements from business units and prepare documentations in accordance with the PMO standards and business needs.
• Research, collect and evaluate project data and the criteria necessary to meet technical evaluation requirements and client’s expectations and present findings to business for selection.
• Support the technical solution decision by evaluating market offerings and providing advice on desirable and integrated solutions.
• Lead the delivery of digital applications projects and monitor quality assurance of implementation through overseeing UAT testing, supervising training and creating lessons learnt logs.
• Track, forecast and update weekly reports on project progress including project metrics, Finance tracker, risks and issue logs and mitigation strategies.
• Support service transition of the system or the application and assess and ensure end-users’ adaption and benefits realization to the business post-implementation.
