I work in a KPO for an international bank as a manager my Responsibilities are
- Oversee and develop key projects , working with relevant functions and transform teams to deliver strategic platform deployments
-support and influence technology partners to drive system improvements and the resolutions to defects to drive system improvements and resolutions to defects
- work with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirement into functional designs ,writing business requirements or business cases to create documentation
- build strong customer support relationship with functional stakeholders
- support the development of relevant policy related reports and MI
- oversee the gathering and Maintenance of business critical MI to make sure that assurance and compliance objectives are met
- Provide subject matter knowledge to team to enable design of franchise architecture, business process , tech and data solutions , working with stakeholders that policy standards are embedded
- Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert to enable and inform effective standards , process and controls
- Represent the organization , division or business on specialist working parties
-Analyze and improve Risk Culture
- Plan and deliver the effective management of key controls and support in continuing the business continuity plans
- Support policy managers to make sure that relevant policy standards are updated in line with evolving legal
- Collaborate with wider policy team to identify upstream policy risks and undertake analysis to identify impacts
-conduct ongoing reviews of process to challenge and pre empt any operational losses
- Hire and train staff
