I need your advise to the NOC that would suit best to the below job description, my organization refuses to put in the current duties as there have been many changes in the last 4 yrs and the below is still being used.
My last organization where I worked for more than 4 yrs somewhat matches to NOC 1122 and this job too is similar to my old employment;
1. Implementation of Global multi country payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely take-ons
2. Managing the transition process from start to finish for clients.
3. Liaising with in-country partners (ICP’s) on local requirements for payroll processing.
4. Configuration of Global payroll system on a client by client basis.
5. Develop processes and procedures for the business in accordance with customer and business requirements.
6. High quality handover of a fully implemented payroll to the service centre.
7. Ability to exceed or achieve growth targets
8. Identify and implement improvement opportunities where agreed
9. Managing the clients through the process, assisting with the following:
o Discovery process
o Data Gathering
o Parallel runs
o Go live
