NOC CODE in Reference Letter

Hi, I am going to ask my employer for work experience letter. so do my employer need to mention NOC code in my experience letter and secondly, is reference letter or work experience letter same or different, if yes the do we need both of them. Appreciate for your time in advance

If I were you I would ask for employment letter, sometimes employers don't give "reference letters" but they do employment letter, and basically is the same.

And your letter doesn't need to show the NOC code but needs to show your duties, time of employment bla bla bla. Check the official page and take a look about the letter requirements..
